Siblings....

Recently, the scotties have been hanging out together more.
Dui used to follow Roxy around all the time.
But now, the scotties are usually together....on guard duty.
They prefer to lie companionably, surveying the 'hood,
while Roxy is a couch potato.

However, when there is excitement....a walk, or car trip,
Dui resorts to his naughty little brother routine and teases Bella relentlessly.
Bella will not go outside until both Roxy and Dui are in the car.
Curious.

  2. The Scotties are doing Synchronized Surveillance BOL. It's interesting how each and every dog has their own quirky personailty. Too bad I don't have a sibling or 2.

  6. Roxy is a smart girl letting the Scotties do all the surveillance and front yard cat patrol. That is strange that Bell waits until Big D and Foxy Roxy are in the car. I guess they are her security detail

  11. Dui, you and Misty are very much the same. She loves her Lightning, but she sure can harass the heck out of him.

  21. Maybe now that Dui is growing up Miss Bella is happier being with him. No one wants to be around a silly adolescent boy.

  22. Lee put our name in to rescue for a Scottie in Lexington but doubt if we are chosen. Usually they tell Lee she is to strict. Lee just doesn't get the concept. I let Lee be boss because then I get what I want, works for me.

  24. Having just spent a weekend with Todd's family, I'm finding that Scotties are pretty complex, among other things.

And by the way, YOU were the topic of conversation with two people from Australia at the Rocky Creek picnic. One of them, Jason, who has Todd's nephew lives in Point Cook, Victoria, and Beril who breeds and shows Scotties lives in Brisbane.
