Sarge's Saturday Snicker....

 SHE was looking out the kitchen window--which was none too clean--and noticed some white balls.  SHE thought they might be mushrooms because we had, had several days of rain.  But as SHE had just mowed the lawn, including that part, it was unlikely that mushrooms would be growing. 

 So SHE went outside with the camera.

SHE says the window was dirty (fly spray) and the sun in the west was casting a shadow and obscuring the cat.

We are trying to see if we can upload videos.  This is an old one showing Roxy annoying trying to get Bella to play.  Daisy looks on.

It's not the computer....

Our computer was cleaned, had a few spyware thingys removed, and announced in good health.  However, the techie (who wasn't 12-years-old, for once) said his friend was having the same problems with the same server.  

We're waiting for it to get light enough for HER to untangle our leads if necessary.  Seems only recently we were halfway through out walk by now.  The days are definitely getting shorter.

Today is the first day of the school year for most of the little bipeds.

The sports ground will be OURS again, during the week.

the computer?  Modem?  Blogger?

Our computer is going to the doctors today to find out.  So we don't know how long we'll be offline.

A Surprise.....(long post)

I got a gift parcel from my Ernie today.....

 Look at all this fabulous stuff.

A frisbee, a lid to keep our food fresh....

This beautiful tag...with a Velvet Bag!

 Look at these Bone Toys.....

they squeak.

And a chewy dinosaur.

After MY official photo, the other two were let out.

 Dui grabbed one of the snakes and ran off.

 Then he took one of the bones.

I put the rest in my hideout.

Of course, Dui tried to steal more.

 SHE finally collected everything and repacked the box.

We will only put out ONE snake.  

Dui's NOT getting MY special Roxy and Ernie bones!

Oh and SHE got some honey candy

 Cricket teams were using OUR sports ground today, so we walked along the track by the river.  There was a great shout and that's why we're looking in that direction.

So I helped HER chews one.

As a Junior Policeman, I've been investigating object to ensure there is no danger lurking within them....

It's a tough job...

True Story.....

As told to HER by the lady next door.

On Tuesday SHE abandoned us for awhile to go shopping.

We were happy when SHE returned--BUT we had a secret.

SHE was pulling out weeds in the front garden when the lady next door came over and asked if there'd been any trouble at our house.

SHE said no, and was told that right after SHE left three kids sneaked into our carport trying to get in our back door.

BUT,

'Your dogs started that aggressive barking, getting all the dogs in the street barking......

 and those kids were last seen racing down the street to the park

 as fast as they could go!'

'And your white dog really sounded like she meant business!'

Of course, we all helped.

SHE said we are very good dogs.

Detente

I've got my.....

...HAT.

 And my BADGE.

 And I'm ready for duty.

I'm officially a Junior Police Officer.

I'll be working with Chief Detective Australia Division, Charlie.

We'll be in charge of security, crime prevention and  detection, and apprehension of criminals in Australia.

That tiny black dot on the other side of the street is a cat.

Serious Saturday Naughtiness...

When we go to the river, we park in the parking lot at the turn-off to the river.

Then we walk the whole loop.  It's to make HER walk more, 

and us.

Usually, our friends Jake and Chloe are already there, but we have to keep walking back to the car.

Yesterday, we quickly got in the car to drive back down to the meeting place.

SHE put the back windows down and didn't strap Dui in as we only had to go about 400 metres.

 While SHE was parking, a certain scottie, put his head under the window sock and jumped out!

Yep, that would be me......  

I wanted to get the games started.

SHE's so slow.....
