This is me this evening.....those cats just have to be told!
I'm not having any problems--although trying to pick up dropped food is difficult--and I'm back to my old self.
Should hear next week about the biopsy.
I was not allowed to go to the river yesterday, because SHE thought all that dust and river water might infect my wound--even though I'm on antibiotics.
I go on the other walks.
As you see it rained today. All day. It started just as we were ready to walk out the door for our early morning walk.
Then is stopped....started....rained lightly...heavily....
each time we, well, SHE decided it would be okay to walk.
Finally, SHE decided SHE'd don her rain jacket and we'd just go.
But discovered redback spiders with egg sacs in the sleeves.
Redbacks are related to Black Widows and are poisonous.
So we didn't get a walk.
What's an omen?
Glad you're feeling OK Daisy, you'll get used to those toothy pegs not being there.ReplyDelete
Shame about the no river walk, best to let the meds do their work.
Oh my... those redbacks YUK, hope Mum gets rid of them quick !!!!
Glad you are feelin better Daisy... mebbe a few more waits and you'll be allowed to go to the river again. Those spiders are spOOky! i won't walk.. i'll run.ReplyDelete

Second.... WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEee it RAINED for you... we KNOW you need it. Even if it DID put your walkies on hold.
THIRD... Your mom FOUND the BAD Spider... before she put the jacket on and it BIT her... and BEFORE the babies Hatched... that would have been terrible... there are like 87,000 babies in a spider's egg sack. Just think... they COULD have been ALL over your HOUSE... YES we think this is a SUPER WONDERFUL post... FILLED with grrrreat news.
We could send you some of our tarantulas to keep the small spider in check.ReplyDelete
We got our paws crossed for you, furry pal. We do hope that everything will be ok. Sorry we have not been around so much. We got our new year's resolution list and blogging again is top priority.
Keep those creepy crawlies away...
