The last THREE mornings we've gone to the Devil's Elbow to play with our friends.

This morning after our play, we walked the loop before getting into the car because SHE needed exercise.

Look who we found sitting by the track.
 It's Blinky Bill!

He's been popular with Australian kids since his first book was published in 1933.

Now he even has his own television series.
We don't know how he ended up there all alone by the road.  But we brought him home.

The poor fellow had a bath with Engine De-greaser because he was so dirty.

  12. OKAY girrrrrls... I think you should be VERY MUCH careful about how dirty you get... If your mom uses engine Degreaser on Blinky Bill... she might use it on YOU.
I'm not gonna let Ernie see this post... he would be so worried he would NEVER SLEEP... I'm just sayin.

  32. We find little treasures when we walk also. Lee picks them up and washes them and sits them in the kitchen window till we find someone who wants them again. We eventually found the whole set of Nemo fishes.
    Thanks for being a friend
