We're still here.
Not doin' much.
Roxy is still not a 100% fit
and is under house arrest.
She doesn't like it and cries pitifully when
left behind for the morning walk.
Luckily, the sun isn't coming up until nearly 7 a.m.
so the neighbours are awake.
We went to the river on Saturday and Sunday.
Roxy walked around a little, but mostly sat
on the truck, getting cuddles from everyone.
There is a definite improvement but her back legs
are weak.
The weather seems to have got stuck on 35°C/95°F
and 20°C/68°F, so no one is interested in
walking during the day.
The Vet said it may take up to 6 weeks to heal
completely, so we're going slowly.
(Except Dui )
Big hugs to Roxy, get well soon sweetie.
ReplyDeleteAnd, er......could you send sum of your weather over here PLEASE, there was a FROST this morning!
Loves and licky kisses

What a bummer for you, Roxy. We're sending more healing vibes and hope that you'll be back to yourself SOON!
ReplyDeletePoor Roxy, being left behind is the worst. We hope that your recovery goes well.
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhhhhhh Roxy darlin' sounds like you have the will to romp. You are wise to wait until you are at 100? In the meantime, you are Queen of the truck bed and all your subjects are coming to you
ReplyDeleteHugs madi your bfff
Lots of cuddles can be just as good as a romp - best to take it easy until you are feeling better
ReplyDeleteRoxy I hope you are fit soon... and even when you have to wait for 6 weeks, the main thing is to be back at 100% Roxy... hugs and healing kisses to you... and if you feel alone when you have to wait at home, we can have a phonecall efurry morning, I bet that's friggin funny... specially for my lazy staff lol
ReplyDeleteThat is just rotten tomatoes about Roxy I had hoped she was feeling better by now. Take it easy.
ReplyDeleteThanks for being a friend
