Our Weekend.

 We were abandoned at 'camp'!
Sent to the kennel.  It was Dui's first time.  He had no problems.  Nothing fazes that boy.
We don't mind the kennel, because we get room service and can bark as much as we want!

SHE went to Mudgee.  A town about an hour and a half away  to meet up with friends from Sydney for the weekend.

Mudgee is a wine-growing  region so there was wine tasting and
cheese tasting.  One winery makes goat and sheep cheese.
(We didn't get ANY cheese.)

Some people tour the area in a coach.
Just waiting for the wine tasters to return.
SHE had a fantastic time, while we just played with the rope toys and antlers that Ernie sent.

This is a photo of the drive to Mudgee,
showing the scenery where we live.

We live on the plains.
We told you it was rather flat.
It was great getting back to our own nest.
As it reached 38°F/100.4°C, we were happy to just sleep!

Hope your weekend was more exciting than ours.

  9. Looks like the lady have a fun time without you. Were you in total lock up? You might want to let her know that in the future she could be brought up on charges for such cruel and unusual punishment. Just sayin'

  17. Surely there must be some cheese in the fridge. Dui can do everything, can he open the fridge door too?

We always sleep for a long time when we get home from camp too:)

  19. Glad you had a great time at the kennel. We do suggest sad eyes to get extra treats after. Stay cool and please send some hot air this way (there are a couple inches of white stuff outside right now!)

  20. You mean SHE didn't bring any cheese back! Well, it looks like SHE brought back wine and Roxy had a few too many drinks and past out on the bed.

    Aroo to you,

  21. I'm so glad SHE had a good time -- Are you sure she's not just letting that cheese get really, really cheesy before she gives it to you??

  22. Do the three of you even have a voice after the barkie party? It's going to be funny to see what Dui is afraid of - if anything. Watch, it will be something silly like a marshmallow.

  24. Looks like you missed out on a great weekend.
Whenever I agitate for a brother or sister, Gail reminds me how much more difficult it would be to take me travelling if I had siblings.
