New Dog Food

Roxy has been turning her nose up at our Canidae kibble that we have to order from Sydney.

So SHE decided to try BlackHawk and found that it's sold at a local stockist.  We had a small bag to try at first,  it was a success,  next came the large bag.

While SHE was helping us blog.  SHE heard a snuffly noise followed by some crunching in our back room.
 See that hole?
Dunno how that happened.

  1. Roxy, some scientists say that dogs don't experience guilt, but I'd say your expression there is proof to the contrary.

  3. We went down that route with Kenzie. He wouldn't like what he was served so They tried a small bag of something else. He'd like that and then They'd buy a big bag of the stuff. He wouldn't like that food after They got a lifetime supply. It's a good thing I eat anything and everything and my only eating problem is the lack of quantity.

  4. We used to feed Canidae a while back but then they changed the formula a bit and it didn't agree with us anymore. Never tried BlackHawk. We use Taste of the Wild now. Good luck!

  13. Roxy, did you blame the hole on "somedoggy"? I'm sure you are innocent even if you were the only one near by.

  16. Hehehe, good one Roxy, always good to help yourself. We haven't heard of that brand of food. Rory has a bit of a sensitive stomach. Wonder if it would be good for him? Mum will have to check it out.

In answer to your question about the date thingy, we don't know why but our posts just come up with the right date as soon as we post. Wonder why yours doesn't? We've got Severe bushfire warnings here today. A bit scary, we had two small fires not far from us (yikes). Hopefully we are getting some rain later this evening. Hope your day is a good one. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory (and Carol)

  17. Howdy Girls, back again. Mum just checked out your dog food and a few comments were that it caused lots of farting! Now we know you girls wouldn't ever do that but have you noticed any change in this, er, area? No worries, and love, Carol

  18. Wow I hope you can figure out who did it. For now you better eat a bunch so that none of them spill out on the ground.

    Happy Thanksgiving
