New Hooks

Yesterday, a man came to our house and put up some hooks.
They replace an old hat rack that was falling to bits.
Surprisingly, he did a good job though we didn't supervise.
 We were locked inside.
Now SHE can hang up our leads and they won't get tangled.
Of course, SHE says we can't get new leads until some spotty dog stops grabbing the leads on walks and chomping through them.  (Notice how they've all got knots.)

  1. When we were little puppies, we used to get tied up at night (so we didn't make... mess... on the carpet) I used to chew the leads then... I eatted right through a couple!

  7. I think the knots give the leads a well used and loved look--New ones just wouldn't be the same!

  10. Nice hooks! I too like the knotty look - it really does give them that extra flair that a brand new lead just doesn't have!

  12. I'd use them to go fishing in the house when I'm locked in. I suspect that She wants to use them to hang Somedoggy at sunrise-a little Arizona justice.

  25. Ahahaha!!!! We love your hooks and your knotted leads. Mr. Fox has eaten through a few himself! How does your peep manage 3 retractables at once?

  26. My mum was laughing at the retractable leads having knots...... She says there would be issues with the smooth retracting-ness now!!

  35. We have hooks on the walls just inside both the front and back doors. Mom hangs our leashes there so she can grab them in a hurry. She says it's part of our disaster plan. We think it's because she's so disorganized that she'd never find them ig she just put them down anywhere.
