Something's happening.....

We're getting up at the same time EVERY morning.....about 5 AM, SHE says......

BUT, we have to wait for AGES to go for our early morning walk.
We used to be home from our walk before the 6:30 AM flight to Sydney.
Now we have only STARTED our walk when that plane takes off!

The SUN is OVERSLEEPING!

  3. That's so crazy about the sun getting up later on your side of the world! We are finally having it get up earlier and stay up later so our night hikes are no more for now. It's actually kind of nice because night hiking is a real strain on the eyes!

I'm glad some of my words about Shadow's tumor are helping you with Daisy. Yes, I agree one of the hardest things that aside from the tumor, Shadow would seem so completely normal most of the time, and then I'd find the blood on the sheet and feel so sad. So I can understand a bit about that.

I also wanted to apologize about a comment I made several posts ago about Daisy's lip "being jacked up". I had no idea she had a cancerous tumor until I read some more posts and others' comments. How insensitive of me! Anyway, hang in there with Daisy. She is clearly still enjoying a great life with you. :)

  6. Howdy Girls, we have noticed this too although Rory is a lazy boy and likes to sleep in so it suits him. I, Stella, am like a rooster and like to be up at the crack of dawn. Do you think the sun is tired from sending us all that heat? Have a great day.
No worries, and love, Stella and Rory

  21. As long as SHE takes you on those awesome walks to the river and sports fields and you see cows and all that good stuff, it's ok. Besides you can use the extra time to beg for treats and drive her NUTS.

  24. Oh dear, so sorry that the sun is confusing you. When you live as far north as I do, you get used to the fact that at some times of the year the sun barely rises and at other times it almost never goes to bed.

  35. Seriously, what is happening?! The sun is up earlier and brighter here. Someone needs to let the sun know we are supposed to have winter in California before we get springtime. It's just crazy, isn't it, Daisy?!
