Every morning about 6 and every evening around 6 the feral black cat goes to the house across the street to be fed.
The peeps there feed the feral cats around town.
We cannot believe it! We always yell at him.
While he eats, Roxy and Bella run off to play....
but I, Daisy, always stay on guard.
They come back to yell at him when he finishes.
Look, he's weeing in the other neighbour's garden.
We can't believe it! So bold!
See you in the morning!
Incredible!
ReplyDeleteThe cheek of it.
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
You keep a good watch and make sure it doesn't come in your yard!
ReplyDeleteWHAT??? Cats can leave PEE MAIL???? We didn't know that. Maybe it is to thank the neighbors.
ReplyDeleteGood that at Least ONE of you stays on duty.

He is ALREADY wanting to Leave.. I keep telling him that he has to wait fur BREAKFAST furst. BaaaaWaaaah.
Intruder alert, intruder alert. I'am so with you. Got to make sure he doesn't come onto your territory and steal your dinner. Have a super Saturday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
That cat doesn't look too feral to me.
ReplyDeleteSHE should feel very safe and secure because this is awesome vigilance. Well done, Daisy, and good back-up, Bella and Roxy
ReplyDeleteYou keep an eye on that cat Daisy - I wouldn't trust him one bit. Free food from the neighbours - what a cheek! Woofs and licks from Magic xx
ReplyDeleteGood of your neighbor to take care of the feral cats. But we think we would be just like you, keeping careful watch to be sure that cat stays away from our kingdom.
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend.
Woos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
Good job with the neighborhood watch, girls!
ReplyDeleteEdgar & his mum
Glad you're on duty so that brazen cat doesn't pee in your yard. The nerve!
ReplyDeleteMorgan, Sebastian, the Porties, Syd and Mac
Oh, that is not good gurls! I would definitely keep my eye out for that one...I don't trust him! Waterin' other peeps yards...not right. I know he wouldn't DARE step one furry paw onto your estate!
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Ruby
Feral cats are a BIG problem in our city, so I tinks peeps try to catch them and neuter dem. Sure hope it helps!
ReplyDeleteSophie
What do you yell at him?
ReplyDeleteNora
Daisy, I'd be with you - I'd just sit there and stare and stare and stare ........ I'm usually quite well behaved (in my mind) but when it comes to cats, I just stare and stare ...... I can' be moved!!!!
ReplyDeleteWoof

Yes, we yell at the feral cat that comes to the neighbor house too. BTW, just wanted to mention we might not be around too much for the next week. Mom just painted the kitchen and mudroom and she is getting ready to do the living room/hall/stairway. She says she hates painting, oops she said to put that in caps, HATES painting and these big projects are miserable. Me and Stanley hate them cuz we get lonely.
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
We think your neighbors are good people for taking care of the feral cat!
ReplyDeleteIt's very good of all you, but especially you Daisy, for making sure that it doesn't get too close to your yard. With your two back ups, we're sure that SHE feels very secure knowing that there is no chance of that cat breaching the perimeter. Good job!
Grrrr! Stupid cat! We have one who comes and poops in the garden right outside our front window! Boy do Floyd and I yell at him!
ReplyDeleteHope he doesn't come into your yard and do his business there! Good guarding. Lee and Phod
ReplyDeleteYou are so determined and faithful, Daisy!
ReplyDeleteDutiful Daisy .
ReplyDeleteUN-BE-LIEVE-ABLE!!!
ReplyDeleteWally & Sammy
Best to keep a close eye or six on that pesky cat :-)
ReplyDeleteBark bark cat bark bark ...
ReplyDeleteEwww... cats... We hate it when they get so confident just because they're living a life freedom. Come on, ladies. Time to go home and enjoy a nice doggy bone beside the couch.
ReplyDeleteThat cat has some nerve! We will bark at him from here in Oregon...Bark Bark Bark!!
ReplyDeleteWyatt and Stanzie
Terrible terrible! You carry on yelling at it as much as you can, and maybe it'll get the picture!
ReplyDeleteImagine, weeing in someone else's garden without permission! It's not like I do that...ermmm...well...sometimes...
Have a super week!
Pippa :)
Oh those damn cats! Ok, we have two of our own and I'm sure that's what Fox & Scruffy say. But seriously, no self respecting cat pees out in the open like that! I think it was some sort of cat challenge - as if to say, 'see dogs, I can stop for a pee and you can't get me' Really, the nerve.
ReplyDeleteAlyssa, Mr. Fox & Scruffy
Some of those feral cats are so bold Daisy...they just don't respect a dawg's personal private space do they...Momz loves your header photo...It's really beautiful
ReplyDeleteIt's important to be vigilant. Can you imagine what it's like for me, two of them LIVE IN MY HOUSE!
ReplyDeleteNubbin wiggles,
Oskar
