When we go to the Devil's Elbow, we're usually there first.
Roxy is always on the lookout for her BFF, Kelly.

When Kelly arrives they greet each other enthusiastically and the game begins.
They race around like crazy dogs and
play a game of 'Bitey Throat'.
Which involves lots of rolling, wrestling and hanging on to each other's throats.

They not only get dirty, but Roxy always comes home with chunks out of her legs, bloodied ears

She never complains, and never gives in.
She's like the Black Knight in Monty Python's Holy Grail.

We call her our Black (and white) Knight.
When we're not calling her Crazy Dog.

Roxy is one tough cookie - she must really enjoy her time with Kelly. We aren't so sure we would like the black part of the game because it most likely results in B.A.T.H. time.

That rough play is what happens at our house too. Just yesterday I saw Forest with Breeze's lip in his mouth! He had it stretched out and was just holding it. They are called crazy dogs too!
