A Story


Once upon a time.......well, one day exactly a year ago.....


 I, Daisy, went for a loooooonnnnng car ride.

I went to a park and met a funny, spotted 5-month old puppy.
She and six of her litter mates had been rescued from a high kill shelter by a wonderful foster mother.
She was the size of us scotties. 
 After awhile before I had time to read all the peemail....
We put her in our car for the looooonnnng ride home.
Roxy was a bit scared.

She hid behind the plants when we got home.

But soon she was exploring (with Bella RIGHT behind her).

It didn't take her long to make herself at home.
 Though there was a 2-week trial period, we knew she'd joined our pack.
Bella      Daisy      Kendra     Roxy
 Happy Gotcha Day, Roxy!!!
(There will be fresh bones as soon as it cools off.....)
Oh and Roxy is the size of two scotties now.

    Oh wow a whole year Miss Roxy! From all of us here at RADAR in Narrandera (particularly us McGuiness peeps) Happy Gotcha Day!!! We could not have asked for a more perfect home for you...I still pop on here regularly to see your adventures... you all make me smile!

    Yesterday I took in our 79th Rescue Pooch (since June 2010)...Miss Lulu a 2 yr old Terrier x, a very sweet girl... you girls would love to play with her!
