    OKAY... It is Confession time here on my hill... in the time... before ME (Frankie Furter)... My mom has actually Cooked and Eaten possum. Isn't that just the funniest thingy EVER??? TRUE.. BUTT funny.
    She says that she Baked them on a Rack. She also said that they aren't as good as Rabbit or ... GROUND HOG!!!
    And certainly not as good as Chocolate Bilbies or Tim Tams. BaaaaaaWAAAHHHHHHHHH

    Another fantastico recipe! I've never tried possums before. Well, that's because we have no possums in Malaysia...I think. I've eaten rabbit though. Do you have any lizard recipe? We have plenty of house lizards running around in our home & on our ceilings so I was thinking maybe we should make use of them. Make them into food.
