The good news is that the fleas seem to be gone! A thorough search this afternoon found none.
We'll keep checkin'. As I said, having fleas around here is uncommon. We don't have ticks either....at least where we live, as a rule; but we'll keep a look out for them, too. Thanks for all information about available products.
But enough about those pesky bugs. The really exciting news is look what SHE found at the shops!
Even Kendra's baguette-stealing skills wouldn't work here. There were six little bags.....that means two bags for each of us, right? Wrong! We only got a few to taste. They were out of this world, little balls of cheese and bacon flavour.
I'm trying to catch one here. It bounced off my nose. You have to be quick before one of the other's gets it.
Bella didn't have a clue. It just bounced off her head. I at least tried to catch it.
Kendra is the best at catching food, she rarely misses......but we couldn't get any pictures. Would you believe we had to share ONE little bag AND it wasn't shared out fairly? I keep track of these things. SHE managed to get the lion's share! Now the other five bags are high up in the treat cupboard. Sometimes life's so unfair.
YUMMY!! We love Cheetos!! And we too have a treat hog who never misses a bite.

ReplyDeleteand we have the exact same problem round here with "certain" dogs getting more than the equal share of treats! My momma claims it is cuz it hard fur her to keep count with four dogs....butt I tell her that her is an accountant and should be able to keep track of that kind of thing. sigh.

Great news about the fleas. They can be nasty.
ReplyDeleteHere is a little Cheetoh trivia: Hikers like to carry a bag of cheetohs with them for emergencys. If you light a cheetoh on fire it will burn and make fire starting really easy. They also are really lite, so easy to carry.
Love Ruby & Penny
We so hope those nasty fleas are history!
ReplyDeleteA Cheetos toss! Can we play too?
Love ya lots

Mmmmmm....CHEESE TOES! Those are my most favoritest kind of toes EVER! I'm sorry you gots cheated, though. Maybe if you make big puppy dog eyes at her and say "PLEEEEZE...more CHEEZE toes" she'll quit being so selfish-like.
ReplyDeleteWiggles & Wags,
Mayzie
What is that? Cheetos? We have never tasted them. We are going to get our humans to get them for us!
ReplyDeleteCheese and bacon in one crunch, that's a yummy combination.
ReplyDeleteGlad to read you dodged the flea bullet. Most unpleasant critters.
ReplyDeleteWe are astounded at your Scottish reserve: a bag of perfectly nommy treats laying there on the floor and you're just looking at it? Jed would have ripped the bag opened & we would have finished most of the treats before mama could have pushed the button on the flashy beast. Mama says you're just well-behaved doggies [unlike us]. We say we've just got that good old mongrel American get up and go, grab every opportunity attitude.
