Sometimes we have to retrain HER when SHE's been away.
We went to the river.....
and it wasn't as hot as it had been the day before.
We walked the loop first........THEN....
Last one in is a squirrel!!!

Bella missed the river. She swam for about an hour.

Oh my gosh, what a GREAT walk. Sometimes, it is necessary to retrain them when they have been away - I always find I have to retrain Her when I've been away as She forgets who is the boss (for some reason, She forgets, while She's away, that I'm really the boss!). That river looks like great fun!!!

ReplyDeleteWell girrrrrls... you certainly seem to have had a grrrrreat After the Return RE-Training session with HER. Quite successful actually. Amazing how "they" CAN remember what to do... when "THEY" have pawper.. LEADERship, isn't it?
Ernie wants me to tell you that HE holds His front paws EXACTLY like Roxy does.. he thinks that will make it easier fur them to Hold PAWS... on their big date. I MUST admit that the two of them have a LOT in common.

What a great day for the river. Roxy, you sure do need a bath. Several of us had baths today because we gt in the mud and worse. Even the puppies had their feet washed.

Looks like you had a great time! It's always good if you can go swimming and play with friends too. Roxy, that's too bad about the bath. Probably Bella and Daisy were just as dirty but SHE couldn't see it.
