It's cooling down now so we can take walks in the middle of the day. On Thursday, we had FOUR walks: the early morning SLOW walk with Kendra, then a faster, longer walk with Bella and me. It was so beautiful we headed down the cycle way towards the zoo in the middle of the day.
That's where I met the cows last Spring.

Whenever we walk, Bella is usually out front. She likes to cover as much territory as possible.
Kendra brings up the rear.
And I'm in the middle.
Sometimes I walk on the left,
Or to the right.....
Or back to the left....
Or the right......again
She blames me when this happens to the leads!
And calls me 'the weaver.'
I just like to know what's happening all around me.
Here's something you don't see often......

And our fourth walk?
When we got home SHE realised that SHE forgot to collect the poo bags.....so we went back that evening and did the whole walk again!!!!!!!
Wow - FOUR walks in one day? We are SO envious! Do you think you could pawsuade HER to do this on a daily basis? He he he! Schnauzer snuggles - JD and Max.

ReplyDeleteSHE has a lot of patience, I think. If I walked three dogs I would be inclined to put them in a yoke, like oxen! I'm not very patient at all! What a pretty walk that was.
ReplyDeleteWe have been getting at least our one walk a day, but when it is a nice day and the Momster is grandkid-free, we might get an extra. One of the reasons we do love Spring. But we have rain and sleet and snow today, so no walks for us.

whaaaaat? 4 walkies in 1 day?! that's the most totally awesome sauce thingie i've heard all weekend! i'm takin' notes on your whole make HER forget the poopie baggies strategy. me 'n asa will have to try and distract out mama so much that she forgets our poopie baggies so we can get some double walkies action! teeheehee! :)
