  1. Thank Dog they mean to cut grass and not your fur too!!
We thought catheads were some sort of anchor. What did the sign mean?

And hey! We aren't gonna get any cats in the near future. Mummy has never had cats and hardly knows anything about bringing them up.Besides, she says she has her hands full of us..whatever that means!

  12. I confess I've never heard of the word "catheads" so I will be looking it up in the dictionary as soon as pawsible! I could just imagine the children (who often take words literally) looking shocked at such a "crude" sign! Oh my, what an unusual sign!

  13. Catheads? We're baffled too. Some weird Aussie term? I'd steer clear anyway until you find out! Better safe than sorry.
    Toodle pip!

  14. Yikes! CATHEADS? Oh dear, oh dear. That doesn't sound good at ALL. You better steer clear of that grass cutting so they don't end up with dogheads on the footpath. (Shudder!)

  15. Wow. That's a tough neighbourhood to live in if you're a cat.

  16. That's a strange looking sign to us! Catheads on footpath? We are sure they must be talking about something else than what we are thinking! Lots of love, Holly and mom

  20. Abby absolutely and unequivocally denies any responsibility for cat decapitations! Especially half a world away in Oz! Not sure why one would need to be careful of cat heads. Disgusting, yes, but dangerous?

Oh, nice job clearing out the spider webs in your last post! Very decorative. Hope none of the spiders are poisonous. Seems like a lot of the wildlife in Oz is - poisonous we mean.

  21. I would not have the faintest idea how to respond to such a sign. "Caution grass cutting and catheads on the path?" Huh?? Must have been an interesting walk!
