A variation of Cheeseday (for Tuesday) is Chewsday. (Actually, that's how they pronounce Tuesday in Australia.) So we've got carrots to chew.
We like raw carrots and eat them like bones.
Bella doesn't like them very much, but she doesn't want to be left out.

Brodie and Caolin LOVE carrots and cheese so they will be very pleased when I get home to hear that it is cheeseday/chewsday and they get some treats!

I used to get carrots all the time as a young pup. It distracted me from eating the furniture! Sometimes I got a whole squash....now that's entertainment!

Happy Chewsday to you, too! Can you believes I totally forgot it was Cheezeday? I'm all messed up cuz we were off yesterday for Memorial Day and now it feels like Monday, not Cheezeday - or Chewsday.

ReplyDeleteWe also love carrots too. Oh gosh, they're so crunchy and juicy and refreshing. Oooh, our mouths are watering just thinking about them....mmm, yummy! Have you tried cucumber too? That's good to have on really hot days.

I love carrots too, but I've never had a whole one. I get those carrot circle thingys. Sometimes she cooks up a big ole pot of carrots for me and mushes some in my kibbie. Nummmy.
