Since we've been having lots of rain this year, there are lots of frogs around. When we go for walks, they are squashed all over the road.
Every night, Bella goes out to harass some poor little frog. When we hear the terrified frog noise, we lure Bella inside with liver treats. She doesn't seem to hurt them, just plays with them.
They climb all over the house. If you look closely you can see me watching this frog through the screen door. We even found one in the bathroom. Whether that one got in by itself, or Bella brought it in, is anyone's guess. The other night Alpha needed to use the phone book. What a surprise to find this dead, dried frog clinging to the front page!
Ewww....that is pretty gross!! I am not to sure as what to think bout the frogs. I would probably try to play with it too. I even try to play with the flies and moths but they dont seem to want to play. bol

hahahha....we had one in the bathroom last week too! The Mr. went in with the paper and came back out in a hurry! Unfortunately, neither of them grabbed the camera as they were trying to grab me! I thought a froggie pet was the perfect pressie. He was perched on the side of the toilet checking out the shower. Big ole rascal, the Mr. had to use both hands to carry him outside. And there have been some smaller ones flatted on the street. I just love to hoover up a sun-dried froggie snack when I can get away with it.

Yuck! We get frogs on the second floor window at night. They're attracted by the light and the bugs that come to the light. The dogs think they're fascinating.
ReplyDeleteEwwww - FH is a bit squeamish about frogs. If she found a dried frog clinging to her phone book we're not really sure what she'd do but we think there might be a bit of screaming invovled, he he he! BTW, we loved your action video yesterday - wish we could have joined in!! Schnauzer snuggles - JD and Max.
ReplyDeleteOh No! A dead frog is no fun to play with.
ReplyDeleteMom is super grossed out! he he he
