Named for the Highest Munro (Mountain) in the Cairngorms,
Ben Macdui.
(Second highest mountain in the UK).
We're hoping our friend Bertie might mount a hiking expedition
to Ben Macdui
and find the Big Grey Man.
Oh, that'll be shortened to Dui (Dewey).
But so far, Kyla's suggestion of Krasy is appropriate, he's a very busy boy.

I'll give you the benefit of experience. It's something Kenzie told me and is only learned by experience unless you listen to your elders. You'll only do this once and then you'll be experienced but it's better if you just don't do it at all. When you have to pee, don't life both legs at the same time-OUCH!

The perfect name....and can shortened which is always good...full names are for when pups misbehave and shorter names for everyday use :). He is so cute and his ears look so big....he will grow into them in no time

Macdui - oh that is perfect, just PERFECT. All the best pups are naked after Munros. (Of course, you know that my formal Kennel Club name is Granddach Beinn Alligin).
ReplyDeleteNow I have a totally brilliant excuse for persuading Gail to let me climb Ben Macdui. She tells me it is a very long walk, 18 miles if you start from Linn of Dee. Gail did this once, assisted by mountain bike, but she is worried my paws would not cope with the full distance, and I do not like bicycles! I am going to try to persuade her to do the longer drive round to the Cairngorm Ski Centre, from where it is a shorter walk up to the summit of Ben Macdui.
Oh but wee Dui, I hope you are having fun and not being bossed around too much by your big sisters.
