Not going to look at the camera... |
You can just get it out of my face, because I'm not going to look. |
Ahhhhhh, that felt good. |
These pictures were taken at the river YESTERDAY!
We had a roll up of thirteen dogs who raced around like crazy hounds while, I, Daisy, did my own thing.
This morning we did the local walk.
But someone forgot the camera, so you missed out on:
*A HUGE dog who barked at us, then became confused when Roxy ran around him with her play-with-me-dance and ran back into his yard.
*A bunny
* A new, tiny lamb that must have been born last night
* A group of small birds dive-bombing a Kookaburra
*A kitten who took exception to us saying hello and tried to chase us off his front lawn.
*The return of the black swan to the duck pond.
And, of course, us.
Sounds like u had a good time at the river. A baby bunny. Mommy is going all sqee over the thought of a baby bunny.
ReplyDeleteOh wait-- was it a baby bunny or a baby lamb. Guess it doesnt matter because mommy is still going all squeee.
DeleteSounds like a good time!
ReplyDeleteNola
Great job. Never look at the camera. Make them work for it.

Daisy
You're entitled to be camera shy if you want to be Daisy!
ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting walk that was.
Don't worry, I'm always wishing I had my camera with me :-)
THEY have so little to think about on walks - no peemail to read, no patrolling, no watching out for squirrels - you'd think they could remember the camera. Sheesh!
ReplyDeleteOtto
So sorry to have missed seeing the dive bombing of the Kookaburra.
ReplyDeleteWay to go a bunny. How I'd love to chase one of those. Have a marvellous Monday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly

Hugs Madi your bfff
Isn't that always the way that all the good things happen when the mom forgets the camera
ReplyDeleteSounds like you missed a lot of photo-ops! Oh, well....there's always next time!
ReplyDeleteTalk about Murphy's Law...what an outing!! That swim looks very refreshing, I (Wally) caught mom and dad by total surprise one particularly hot day in early December when I jumped into the swimming pool!! They didn't know what to do other than be thankful that there is a big fence around it so I can't go swimming on my own *BOO*
ReplyDeleteWally & Sammy

ReplyDeleteBoycott those cameras!!!
Wow, sometimes the flashy beast is in the wrong place at the wrong time! BOL I'm sorry we didn't get to see all of that...that must have been one seriously spunky kitten. I wish it was warm enough here to play outside like that. Glad you had a fun time!
ReplyDeleteGrr and Woof,
Sarge, Pol Comm
What??! No camera?! Now how in the worlds can I live through you guys if i don't have visual references? Ma says I need visual aids...pffffft!
ReplyDeleteLoves the camera avoidance too Daisy! Classic
Kisses,

Sounds like a great walk, even if the people didn't get pictures of it all! Lee and Phod
ReplyDeleteHI Daisy
ReplyDeleteThat looked like a nice splash in a puddle :) Sounds like you seen some very exciting things on your recent walks. Milo & Jet
Love your photos...
ReplyDeleteYesterday we looked up and there was a HUGE german shepherd staring in our kitchen window... we terrier commenced a'barkin' and Momma went and leashed him up and called the number on his tags... he didn't live far away.
Momma says he sure was big-- she wishes she had thought to take a photo of him...
I bet that water was nice and cool!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what you girls send in for our photo competition!
No Camera! that’s just typical - happens to us just like it did with you. It seems all the critters know when there’s no camera attached to a human, and they all come out and do their fabulous things - next time maybe?
ReplyDeleteOh Daisy you just don't want her to take another picture of your mouth. I think you have a great profile. I think you are right doing your own thing and going to the beat of your own drum, just let the rest of the dogs follow the pack.
ReplyDeleteThanks for being a friend
