A Mystery

Yesterday (April Fool's Day) SHE finally finished a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle SHE's been working on.  It was a lot more difficult than it looks.
 Take another look....
Turns out it was a 999-piece puzzle....
The mystery is:
Did it come minus a piece.....
Or has Somedoggy had a little snack?

  1. Oh, how familiar this story is! Mom finished a 750 piece puzzle a few weeks ago, but it was really only 734 pieces - some pup was very hungry here. Next puzzle will be assembled with more care to where it is stored.

Our Mom LOVES doing jigsaw puzzles.

  6. Oh dear that is awful! I do have a question of you all about living down under, what area do you live in? I am talking to a family form Sydney! I am leaning very much to going with them. I would love to hear more about living down under!

  7. Our Mom and Dad like to do those puzzles, too. And we like to steal pieces when they're not looking. It's best if we can find one that belongs in the middle.

  20. Oh I hate when that happens! We love doing 1000 piece puzzles. The hardest one ever was flags from every country waving in the wind across the puzzle. And, it was a magic eyes puzzle. So if you can focus and do magic eyes you see an image. The image was a runner with the olympic torch.

  24. We assume your mom's box security is good, so we're guessing factory error. Mama doesn't do puzzles, but when she's working on something comparable, first thing she does is count all the pieces to be sure everything is there before she starts to assemble.
