Look What.......
Showed up at our house this morning......
And it only got up to a high of 9 C today! Okay, 48.2 F.. But we think 9 sounds colder......go ahead, you can laugh, but SHE doesn't like the cold--SHE's a wimp. Remember, we don't have central heating. Only a couple of little bar heaters. So getting HER up for our 6 a.m. walk, in the dark, is getting more and more difficult. Then it takes HER ages to rug up in eighty seven a few layers, gloves and beany before we can get started.
Kendra, Bella and I just love the colder weather!
For those of you getting close to, or hitting the century mark, we hope our frost cools you down a bit.
We could use a bit of frost here. We have been hot, hot, hot for days now. We think it will be better over the weekend, but still hitting the 90s today.
ReplyDeleteHope you find a way to keep HER warm:) We would be happy to send you some of our furs that the Momster has been brushing off of us.

I am under a heat alert in Cincinnati, Ohio.

It only hit 13 degrees at our place today. Currently 10 at the moment - and - guess what!!?? Our central heating is BUSTED!! I need to snuggle close to ma on the couch coz she is complain'in about her hands and feet being frozen! She tells me she would rather be cold than hot anyday though! The repairman is booked for Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteStay warm, Tail Wuggles, Rubie.
Wow! we haven't had frost lately BUT we can't figure our what happened to Spring. Where is the sun? We get a DAY OR 2 then back to gray cloudy cool days.

It's hard to imagine frost right now since we are under a heat alert! I don't like cold weather but this heat is a bit too much too! Somewhere in the middle would be nice!! Lots of love, Debbie & Holly

No central heating?? It is good your mum has you three to snuggle with. Our Hooman has Bonny for toes, me for cuddles (or visa versa depending on who gets where first...) and we are still working out where Lucy fits in (maybe hat?).
ReplyDeleteWoofles and Waggles
Don't get me started on hot weather. It's now time for Her to take a baggie full of ice cubes four our 6 PM walk. Oh me.
ReplyDeleteArroo! Stuart

Frost! wow! We are starting to miss those cool days here!
ReplyDeleteHow cool! I LOVE cold weather too.
ReplyDeleteMom says she's going to sit here and look at your picture of frost all day. It is so hot here. Mom sent Dad out to the carwash yesterday hoping it would make it rain.
ReplyDeleteMorgan, Tsar and the Porties
Wowee! Lookit that! I always forgets that when it's hot here, it's cold where you are. Don't be too hard on your mom. Remember, she doesn't have a nice thick fur coat like you do. Poor humans. They're so very fragile.
ReplyDeleteWiggles & Wags,
Mayzie
Hope you all get to snuggle up together indoors and beat that mean old Jack Frost.
ReplyDeleteLove and licks, Winnie
