Guess you're right - a walk is not just a walk. How did you keep everyone off that vast sand pit in the second photo. Now sand is a medium that really does hold smells.
Caolin would agree with you. Every tree, rock, hydrant, person, etc. needs to be investigated by Caolin and most (excluding people) also have to get marked by him!
That is how we walk! Pulling mom and dad to every critter cubby hole. Did you know there are things living down in those holes? One of these days, somebody will be home and we are going to get bit on the nose!
Thanks for followin us! I don't knows if the company my hooman gots da sign from does Scotties or not, but my hooman wanted me to tells ya that she gots it from http://www.cherrybrook.com.
Oh girls, not only are you stunningly beautiful you are also wise beyond words! An unsniffed sniff simply can not be - we applaud you for posting this puppy information bulletin, perhaps now the humans will GET IT!! Sigh - we won't hold our breath though as we know they are not the brightest species....
We also believe that all terriers have the investigation gene on a higher setting than most other breeds, he he he!
Aren't humans silly the way they just walk on walks? They don't pee on things, roll in stuff, bark at things, chase things or even sniff them. I don't get it.
mmmhmmm! sniffin' is almost more important than the walkie!! it looks like you were on the hunt for a kitty cuz i see you were sniffin' and peekin' in a few sewer openings. :) *woof* the booker man
Yep. Every smell has to be investigated, there's CAT smells, boy dog smells, left behind food smells and all must be investigated with true Scottie determination. Really, its like reading a newspaper or watching news on tv. You can learn lots by sniffin
You are sooooo right about that. One must take in the sights and SMELLS to enjoy the full experience.

Did you find anything interesting? Was someone hiding in any of the places you checked out? You look very determined to find a critter hiding away.
