Frightening Friday the Thirteenth

Bella's turn to see Dr Mervyn.
Bella doesn't like the Vet's.

All the usual examination things okay,
But, she has a lump on the end of her tail.
It is an old cyst with old pus and some 'unidentified cells' in the mix
so it'll have to be watched to see if it grows larger.

Bella was very happy to leave.

  2. Oooh dear, that lump is not pretty, and we hope that nothing further develops.
Bella, the best view of the vet is always the one looking over your shoulder as you exit the front door!

  7. Oh my sweet Bella, you are shaking so hard I wish I could hug you... sorry about your lump. our Baby Girl had several of those lumps and a few we had to watch... when they started to itch we gave her Benadryl.. so she would not bite them..

  8. Poor Bella, we see you trembling and know how you feel. Checkups are scary but they don't last long and soon you'll get some treats and be able to run around again. We're crossing our paws that the cyst just stays like it is.

  11. Oh you got the scaredy shakes you need someone to hold your paw. As long as Lee is with me I don't get them but if she leave me I get the scaredy. Hope those unidentified cells stay unidentified. POTP for the tail.

  15. Our girl Bailey had a similar lump, thankfully it stayed "encapsulated" and never grew much bigger or spread. I'll hope for the same thing for Bella.
