The other day coming home from the sportsground,
I, Dui, got onto the floor of the car to annoy Bella.
When we got home, I was clawing at my mouth.
SHE grabbed me and pried open my jaws and
found a green frog lolly (candy) stuck in my
back teeth, nearly down my throat.
My frog is on top and we had to buy one to show what it originally looked like. |
SHE can't work out where I found it. (I'm good at finding things.)
But....it's another treasure I lost.
A green frog lolly? Gosh, that looks nearly as good as the real thing!
ReplyDeleteI'm ALWAYS having the treasures I find on my walkies stolen from me when I get home, its sooo unfair isn't it Dui?
ReplyDeleteFinders keepers I say!

And you wasn't allowed to eat it. Shame on she :)
ReplyDeleteOMD they always steal our trashure. Have a fabulous Friday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Whew Dui...there for just a nano second we thought it was an green alien!!
ReplyDeleteDid you tell her you were trying to store that lollipop where she could find it?
MOL MOL MOL
Indeed you are the Sherlock Holmes of scotties. Be careful next time!
ReplyDeleteOMD if you Lick a Lolly Frog.... does that mean you became the PRINCE of the household?
ReplyDeleteSorry that SHE Stole it from you... SHE probably took it so SHE could have an Afternoon Pick HER Up Snack.
You are a super HUNTER and FINDER. BUTT She is a thief.
Oh my Dui...what are you doing!!! you and frogs and Forrest and the snake..i think i prefer the frog lolly..just sayin ;) loves Fozziemum xxx
ReplyDeleteOh mom remembers those - green and red frogs (mom always liked the red ones best. At least it wasn't a real frog :)
ReplyDeleteDui found it-it is his. Taking it away from him is theft.
ReplyDeleteThis is heartbreaking. The loss of a green frog lolly is right up there along with being told you have to leave the park and go home.

ReplyDeleteThank doG she rescued the froggie before you choked on it, Dui! We're glad you were clawing at your mouth to let her know. We think this deserves a treat!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots♥j

Holy Frog Breath!!!! She took your froggie??!! So NOT fair Dui! I am forever being told to 'drop' thingies!!! Some REALLY good thingies too! Not as good as a frog lolly, butts almost! There should be a LAW against that!
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Ruby ♥
Yikes that must have been scary! We would stick to your treats at home if we were you Dui.

Howdy Mates. Aw, we bet some little peep was real sad when they lost that green frog. Sorry you lost it too when SHE took it. SHE probably wanted a chew on it too. Hope you find more treasures when you're out and about again. Isn't this Autumn weather nice. We're having 28C today. Just perfect. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
ReplyDeleteWell...tell her you were practicing you Junior Officer Detective work.....now just don't choke on something like that....go back to the Police Officer Donuts!
ReplyDeleteThe Mad Scots
That looks a lot like the fruit chewies the little bipeds eat around here - they are always saying they get stuck in their teeth too. Bet you would have enjoyed it but good thing you didn't choke on it.
ReplyDeleteHappy Big Weekend coming up.
Woos - Phantom, Ciara, and Lightning
Hahahahaha - that's funny. Amazing what certain doggies can pick up without us humans knowing about it til later.
ReplyDeleteShe pulled a frog out of your mouth! Not a real frog but real enough that it was a treasure!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
Candy frogs of the wild are a great find
ReplyDeleteI thought it was a green alien too! I'm glad your mom got that before you swallowed it whole!
ReplyDeleteSo close too!
ReplyDeleteMonty and Harlow
Thank goodness that didn't get stuck in your throat! You should be more careful Dui.
ReplyDeleteThose things can be sticky! Lucky she got it out for you... (imagine if it had got stuck in your beard!)
ReplyDeleteDui you are just like my Foxy boy - always finding something no one else sees and then devouring it at all costs. Glad SHE helped you out.

Mommy had to reach in Benji's mouth a couple of weeks ago because a treat got stuck on the roof of his mouth.
