These are Cat heads.
They are about the size of a pea with wicked wooden spikes.
They can puncture bicycle tyres.
Sometimes at the river, we get them in our paws.
They hurt us going in and coming out.
They hurt HER as SHE pulls them out.
We don't like Cat heads!
Those sure are vicious Push-T-Cat heads!
ReplyDeleteLoves and licky kisses
Princess Leah xxx
Yikes! Those cat heads look wicked and painful if stepped on!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots♥
Mitch and Molly
We've got those hear and the pups bring them in the house. They are horrible. I'd rather walk across the legos.
ReplyDeleteMonty and Harlow
Yikes they look worse than the dreaded Bindi..ewwww :( loves Fozziemum xx
ReplyDeleteCat heads look nasty! We would rather step on Lego.
ReplyDeleteGood grief that looks like a weapon of torture for sure. Do they live in the grass then jump out when it is mowed. Our feet hurt just looking at those nasty things
ReplyDeleteHugs madi a cat who does not like catheads either
your bfff
Yikes! Those things look toadally turrible. Watch out fur them evil catheads.
ReplyDeleteBawhahahahahaha ...no, I have never stepped on one of those sharp things, but I have stepped on legos and that's no fun.
ReplyDeleteOuch. Watch out!
ReplyDeleteHey thanks for suggesting to Lady that senior dogs need yummy treats. SHe reminded me I am still on a diet. I do get green beans, hummus, carrots, ranch dip (a little), and bits of cheese occasionally.
WE don't think we would like CAT HEADS at ALL... OUCH OUCH OUCH..
ReplyDeleteThey look like the kidney stones that plague our dad sometimes....they don't come from his feet though....lol.....stella rose
ReplyDeleteWe have something very similar at the beach. I call them sand spurs and they are that same pea size. They are found in the scrub that grows on the dunes. Whenever one of the boys step on one, they just freeze, give a pathetic sad face and hold up the paw. They wait for me to pick it out before moving again.
ReplyDeleteI like the name catheads better. That sign sure paints a funny mental picture ;-)
And I thought of dismembered felines.
ReplyDeleteYou live in a very scary land
ReplyDeleteLily & Edward
oh yes - Mom remembers them so well - she used to call them 'jacks' and many many a time did she pull them out of her feet. Growing up she went mostly barefoot so it was a common ouchie
ReplyDeleteOuch! stinkin catheads.
ReplyDeleteAroo to you,
Sully
We have something called choya or (cholla) cactus that's our nemesis! Usually we only get it once and we learn our lesson - OUCH!!
ReplyDelete-Bart, Ruby and Otto
Oh my Dog, they look lethal! We have never seen a cat with that shape head and hope we never do, BOL.
ReplyDeleteDip and Elliot x
Howdy Mates. We call them three corner jacks. Don't know why, mum says that's what she's called them since she was little (a long long time ago bwahahaha). They are horrible though aren't they. Hope you don't get too many this summer. Happy New Year to you all. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
ReplyDeleteThose look TERRIBLE!!!! (even the name is awful) Here in Florida, USA we call those (or a similar thing) sand spurs. Each point has a tiny little hook on the end. They are painful in and painful out, just like your cat heads. Stay away, far far away!!!
ReplyDeleteWe have something similar - they are called goat heads here and man - they really do hurt! We have them in the yard, while out hiking, they are pretty much everywhere, especially in the summer.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I am glad they weren't talking about actual feline heads. ;)
DeleteOhhhhhhh, yuk!
ReplyDeleteThe Mad Scots
We have them too. They are EVIL!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
Ouch to catheads! I imagine Scottie fur hates those things too!
ReplyDeleteAlyssa, Mr. Fox & Scruffy
We have those at the beach, but call them sand spurs! They're nasty things.
ReplyDeleteCrikey ...... I HATE those things. Mum and Dad bought our Harri boots cause when they travel in the bush they come across them a LOT. Harri wouldn't wear them but they fit me and I'll wear anything to keep those things out of MY feet. They REALLY hurt!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteDose look nasty!
ReplyDeleteWhoa, those look awful. But, I have to admit that the sign is a little bit funny ;)
ReplyDeleteThose things look pretty nasty!
ReplyDeleteWe rest our case...anything to do with a cat is BAD!!
ReplyDeleteWally & Sammy
Ouch
ReplyDeleteYikes! Those look like some kind of medieval weapon! We've never looked closely before, but they look like grass burrs we have here. Step lightly!
ReplyDeleteWaggies,
Braeden, Seth and Riley
Wow, those things look deadly! We hope we never meet any of them around here though Mom said they had something similar when she lived at the beach and her dog Libby sometimes stepped on them. Ouch!!
