Monday Mischief

Now we know you're thinking
'which one of those girls has been up to no good.'

Well you are WRONG.
It's HER!

These are one of our favourite treats--okay so we have lots of favourites.

They are little, chicken and very chewy
 See....not very big at all.
 BUT  looks what SHE does...
 Yes, halves them...
And sometimes even cuts them into threes!
This mischief doesn't always happen on Mondays...
What do you think about that?

  1. My mom does that too! Except she'll break a 1 inch piece into about 10 or 15 pieces.

  3. Our mom says that is smart so you don't get fat but we are on your side - unfair!

  4. We are all about treats at our house, but I am sorry, but I have to side with HER--Our pups get puppy treats, that are small like that too and I sometimes break them half and when I do I remind our crew that it's a treat, not a meal... :-)

  5. Oh the same thing happens here. Momma can make a treat the size of a quarter into about 87 pieces so I barely get a crumb. It just seems wrong.

  22. OMD... not only does SHE break your snacks into 87 TEENY TINY PIECES... butt she Actually MEASURES them to be SURE they are TEENY TINY Enough to pass HER inspection. THAT is just SO WRONG. The find folks who Make and Package OUR treats KNOW what they are doing. THEY Know WHat SIZE our treats SHOULD BE...(BIG). So WHY do our peeps think they have the RIGHT to Pawform SURGERY on OUR snacks. BUTT it does seem to be a DISTURBING trend. It happens HERE also. SIGH.

  23. I do the same thing to Sherman and Leroy's treats! They always look at me like I'm a horrible person for only giving them half a treat! lol!

  24. Now I know why we're all over weight at our house! Mommy would never break our stuff in half. Now you've got her thinkin.....

  25. Oh good grief. I see your peep is suffering from the same condition as mine. She breaks up an already tiny cube of goodie into four pieces. EVERY TIME.

I hate that. We are not in this alone....

  26. what in the world could she be thinking....making you share such a tiny treat...lol...

  27. WARNING: The Surgeon General has determined that breaking the protective coating on these contents has been shown to cause stinginess in human beings but that it is harmless to canines.

  28. Sorry but I'm with HER on this one. I do the same thing. With seven it makes it seem like they are getting two treats instead of just one. Oh, SHE breaks it into three and you all have to share? That's not right!

  29. Boy, do we ever feel your pain!! Ever since Sebastian went on his diet, our Mom has been breaking treats in half for all of us. Hey, we're not all on diets, Mom!

  32. Well at least she is not playing favorites and even using a ruler. Lee always gives the bigger pieces to other dogs that visit us.

  33. Oh, the horror! I've suspected that someone at my house does that but I have no proof.....yet! It is so sad; I'm sorry you have to deal with that.

  34. Ok...our maths is not grrrreat BUTT what you are saying is that she takes ONE treat and shares it between THREE of you?! W...T...D!!! That is unacceptable! We think you should start a petition!
