Pumpkin Treats

Lightning and Ciara sent us a recipe for pumpkin treats.

We had most of the ingredients, only had to buy pumpkin and honey.
This is a grey pumpkin.  It has a VERY tough skin, but
not as tough as a Queensland blue...you need
a chainsaw to get that skin off.
 We used Yellow Box Honey.
For those of you who just buy honey at the
supermarket, honey comes in loads of flavours,
depending on the blooms the bees find.
We have a honey-tasting shop nearby, and SHE says
some of the flavours are incredible (no dogs allowed).
Anyway, SHE made the dough and we had to wait
for ages for them to be done.  There's even extra dough
in the fridge for another day.

It stated that the dough should be cut with a pumpkin cutter.
We think SHE got that wrong.....
BOL!

The taste-testing crew is ready.

No photo because we ran off to eat them in private,
and came back for more--which we didn't get.
Thanks Woos!

Lee could make me those treats, we have three pumpkins sitting on our porch. Do You think you will make them?
We love specialty honey but no shops in Nati City. We do have two hives. Our bees are not particular to what they feed on.
    Thanks for being a friend
